1. About these terms

These terms apply when you use this website or join The Elite Show Community (“The Elite Show”, “we”, “us”), run by The Elite Show from Kochi, India. By signing up, joining a group or paying for Premium, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

2. Who can join

You must be at least 13 years old to join. If you are under 18, you need a parent’s or guardian’s permission to join, and they must agree to any Premium payment made for you. Please give us true details when you sign up.

3. Free membership

Free membership costs nothing. It includes the free community WhatsApp group and the activities listed for free members on our website. We may change what is included at any time.

4. Premium membership

• The Elite Show Premium Community costs ₹199 per month.
• Premium is a monthly subscription paid through Razorpay. It renews automatically every month on the same date until you cancel.
• After your first payment you get a membership ID and the link to the Premium group. Please don’t share the link; it is for paid members only.
• Premium perks are listed on our website and may change over time. If we raise the price, we will tell you at least 7 days before your next renewal.
• You can cancel any time. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Sessions, meetups and events

Saturday sessions, daily discussions, Elite Brew meetups and workshops are planned in advance, but dates, times, speakers and venues can change. If an event is cancelled, we will try to reschedule it. Some events may need a separate ticket or fee, which will be shown before you pay.

6. How we expect members to behave

• Be respectful. No harassment, hate speech, bullying or discrimination.
• No spam, unrequested selling or promotion in the groups without permission from the admins.
• Don’t share other members’ personal details, or record or republish sessions, without permission.
• Don’t post anything illegal, misleading or that you don’t have the right to share.

Admins may remove posts or remove members who break these rules, from the free or Premium groups, without a refund.

7. Advice and content

Mentors, speakers and members share their own views and experience. Nothing shared in the community is professional financial, legal, investment or career advice, and decisions you make based on it are your own. Session materials, posters and the website’s content belong to The Elite Show or the people who made them, and can’t be reused commercially without permission.

8. Our liability

We provide the community and website “as is”. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses, for anything members or third parties say or do, or for problems with WhatsApp, Razorpay or other outside services. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the last three months.

9. Changes and ending membership

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version, and using the community after a change means you accept it. You can leave at any time, and we may end the community or a membership with notice.

10. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by the courts in Kochi (Ernakulam). Please email us first at theeliteshow0@gmail.com; most issues can be sorted out quickly.
